Rules and conditions

We would like to present you the general rules in our posada so that you have more information to take your decition:

1. Check in: 1 pm.. Check out: 12 pm.

2. You are in a National Park. Please ration the use of water and electricity: close water faucets tightly when not in use (eg. while shaving or shampooing), try to bathe only once a day, do not do laundry in your room, discard trash in the assigned trash cans; DO NOT throw anything in the toilet; turn off lights and fans when you leave the room.

3. Toillets, sheets and kitchen ware should always remain in the lodge. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, nor ironing on the beds. If you take a lunch box to the beach, please bring it back. In case of loss or damage of any object, an appropriate amount will be charged.

4. Posada El Botuto is only responsible for what is left in consignment of the Posada and not for any damages or loss of objects left in the room or any other area of the lodge.

5. Sorry but no reimbursement will be made for early departures, nor for food, services or equipment not used. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if full payment has not being made at the date of your arrival.

6. Posada El Botuto reserves unilateral right to retain or not a guest if his/her behavior affects the rights, enjoyment or wellbeing of other guests.
