ACCOMMODATION:We have double (FULL bed), double (two separate beds) or triple (one double and one single) rooms. All equipped with ceiling and floor fans and some with air conditioning. They have a private bathroom without hot water, except 3 of them connected to a solar heater, which allows the water to be heated when the good weather allows it. 5 of the rooms are also naturally ventilated since they have a small internal patio where the WC, sink and shower services are located separately. These rooms have an open-air shower (see photos). Rooms 6 and 7 are conventional rooms with a closed bathroom, normal shower and no internal garden.
BREAKFASTVaried every day, alternating between venezuelan dishes (arepas, with some accompaniment type black beans, fish stew, cheese, ham) or international (croissants, pancakes, french toast). Accompanied by freshly brewed tea or coffee with milk and natural fruit juice.
LUNCHIs a light lunch that is taken to the beach in an ice box. Varied every day, it can consist of sandwich or shapati stuffed with ham and cheese, tuna, fish or vegetable salad, dressed with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, alfalfa, arugula. We could also offer as lunch of the day: spanish tortilla, pasta salads with tuna and vegetables, rice salad with veggie and / or tuna, oriental salad (rice with peanuts, raisins and vegetables with a touch of soy sauce), ceviche , fish nuggets, etc. Lunchs are accompanied by a portion of fruit depending on availability on the island and a sweet biscuit snack. To drink we offer a Nestea or Clight type drink and filtered drinking water, both delivered in an ice box, where the guest can put any other drink that they want to enjoy at the beach.
DINNERVaried daily, the dinner we offer consists of an entrance (alternating: fish soup, vegetable cream, carpaccios, ceviche, pasta); the main dish based is fresh fish from the island, cooked in various ways and accompanied with two side diches, such as various salads, puree, rice, sauteed vegetables, gratin vegetables, eggplant parmiggiana, etc . Desserts could be national or international, the most commons are the parchita mouse, puddin, our famous brownie, chocolate marquise and our favorite beach grape crostata). Night drink: filtered drinking water. Other drinks will be optional.
